Information the enquiry form collects
The form asks for Name, Company, Business Email, Country / Market, WhatsApp, Product or Application, Estimated Quantity, Daily Runtime, OEM / Packaging Requirements, Requirements, and Privacy Consent. Name, Business Email, Country / Market, Product or Application, Estimated Quantity, Requirements, and Privacy Consent are required to submit an enquiry.
For delivery and attribution, the browser sends the page URL plus UTM source, UTM medium, and UTM campaign values when present. The hidden website field is a honeypot used for basic spam screening and is not presented as an enquiry detail.
How the information is used
The submitted information is used to review and respond to B2B enquiries and B2B inquiries, clarify requirements, and prepare follow-up communication related to the request. It is not presented as a public customer list or shared for unrelated marketing through this site.
Form delivery
When the form is submitted and the delivery settings are configured, the enquiry is handled by a Cloudflare Worker, sent through Resend, and addressed to ecaspersolar@outlook.com. The Worker validates the JSON request and applies a honeypot check before attempting delivery. Delivery depends on the Worker and Resend configuration being available.
