Scope

This notice explains how EcasperLight handles personal information submitted through https://ecaspersolar.com. It applies to B2B inquiries from buyers, importers, distributors, and manufacturers who contact us through the enquiry forms on this site. It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from this site.

Information the enquiry form collects

The form asks for Name, Company, Business Email, Country / Market, WhatsApp, Product or Application, Estimated Quantity, Daily Runtime, OEM / Packaging Requirements, Requirements, and Privacy Consent. Name, Business Email, Country / Market, Product or Application, Estimated Quantity, Requirements, and Privacy Consent are required to submit an enquiry. Company, WhatsApp, Daily Runtime, and OEM / Packaging Requirements are optional.

For delivery and attribution, the browser sends the page URL plus UTM source, UTM medium, and UTM campaign values when present, together with a short source page label and a submission identifier and time. The hidden website field is a honeypot used for basic spam screening and is not presented as an enquiry detail.

How the information is used

The submitted information is used to review and respond to B2B inquiries, clarify requirements, prepare pricing or supplier follow-up, and continue the conversation you started. It is not presented as a public customer list, not sold, and not shared for unrelated marketing through this site.

Form delivery

When the form is submitted and the delivery settings are configured, the enquiry is handled by a Cloudflare Worker, sent through Resend, and addressed to ecaspersolar@outlook.com. The Worker validates the JSON request, enforces field and request size limits, applies a honeypot check, and may rate-limit repeated submissions by IP address before attempting delivery. Delivery depends on the Worker and Resend configuration being available. The Worker writes a short outcome log entry (accepted, rate limited, or honeypot hit) without storing the enquiry text in that log; the enquiry content itself travels in the email to the business inbox.

Analytics and cookies

When a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured at build time, the site loads Google Analytics to record page views and basic interaction events, including product views, product selections, WhatsApp link clicks, and successful enquiry submissions. Those events can include product names, categories, page paths, and traffic source labels. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and processes the data under Google's own policies. You can block analytics cookies through browser settings or extensions; the enquiry forms continue to work without them.

Meta advertising measurement

When a Meta Pixel ID is configured, this site uses Meta Pixel to measure page views, visits to the enquiry thank-you page, and clicks on WhatsApp links. The events include the page path and simple source, product-line, language, or market labels. We do not include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, or enquiry answers in these event parameters, and automatic form scanning and advanced matching are not enabled.

Meta may use cookies, browser and device information to measure advertising results and associate website activity with ads. A WhatsApp button click does not confirm that a message was sent. Meta tracking is disabled when the browser signals Global Privacy Control. You can also block tracking through browser settings or extensions; contact links and enquiry forms continue to work. Third-party contact links

WhatsApp buttons and the floating WhatsApp link open WhatsApp, which handles the conversation under its own terms and privacy notice. Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp, not stored by this website.

Who receives the information

Enquiry content is delivered to the business inbox at ecaspersolar@outlook.com. Infrastructure and delivery providers process data only as far as needed to run their services: Cloudflare for the Worker and edge network, Resend for email delivery, and Google for analytics when configured. Supplier partners receive enquiry details only when sharing them is needed to answer a request, for example to check availability or prepare a quotation.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept only as long as they are useful for the business conversation and ordinary business record-keeping, then removed when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept under the Google Analytics property settings. You can ask us at any time to delete information submitted through the form.

Access and deletion requests

Email ecaspersolar@outlook.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of submitted information. To protect the people who contact us, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same address used for the enquiry.

Facebook Lead Forms

Leads submitted through Instant Forms on our Facebook Page (Ecasper Lighting) are collected by Zhongshan Yikai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as EcasperLight). The form asks for your name and contact details and the business questions shown on the form. We use this information only to contact you about the factory prices and product information you requested. We do not sell it or share it for unrelated marketing. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information submitted through a Facebook form, email us at the address listed in "Access and deletion requests" above.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS to the Cloudflare Worker, which applies input validation, size limits, a honeypot check, and optional rate limiting. Email delivery then depends on Resend and the business inbox. No method of internet transmission or email storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

This website is written for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this notice

Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top. New enquiries submitted after an update are handled under the current version of this notice.
